Product Introduction : Pertuza 420mg Injection is an anticancer medication containing the active constituent Pertuzumab. It is used to treat a type of breast cancer (HER2-positive breast cancer) in combination with other chemotherapy medications. Cancer is a condition in which cells multiply uncontrolled and abnormally.
Pertuza 420mg Injection is not recommended for adolescents and children under 18 years of age. Before taking this medicine, it is vital to inform your doctor if you have or have ever had heart problems or chemotherapy. Use effective birth control during the treatment and for at least six months after the last dose. 
Inform your doctor if you have kidney disease before starting with this Pertuzumab injection. Patients with kidney disease should cautiously use this medicine. Make sure you inform your physician of all the medicines, including supplements and herbal medicines, you are taking before you start treatment with this medicine. Do not stop taking this medication without talking to your physician first.

Inform your healthcare provider about all your medicines, including prescribed medications, over-the-counter medicines, nutritional or vitamin supplements, and herbal products. Certain medications may interact with Pertuza 420mg and reduce effectiveness by causing undesirable side effects.

Side Effects of Pertuza 420mg Injection

• Low white blood cell count
• Heart problems (cough, swelling in arms or legs, shortness of breath)
• Tumour lysis syndrome (confusion, tiredness, irregular heartbeat, seizures, tingling sensation)
• Infusion reactions (fever, chills, hot flushes, nausea, headache, joint, and muscle pain)
• Severe allergic reactions (swelling of throat and face, difficulty in breathing)
• Severe or persistent diarrhea
