Description

Lenaliheal 25 – Lenalidomide 25mg Capsule is an oral immunomodulatory agent (IMiD), structurally related to thalidomide. It has anti-neoplastic, anti-angiogenic, and immunomodulatory properties. Lenalidomide enhances T-cell and NK-cell function and inhibits tumor cell proliferation.

Uses

Lenaliheal 25 – Lenalidomide 25mg Capsule is indicated for:

• Multiple myeloma (in combination with dexamethasone or other agents)
• Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) associated with del(5q) abnormality
• Mantle cell lymphoma (relapsed or refractory)
• Follicular lymphoma (with rituximab, in certain settings)
• Marginal zone lymphoma (with rituximab)

Metabolism

• Undergoes minimal hepatic metabolism
• Not significantly metabolized by CYP enzymes

Distribution

• Widely distributed in body tissues
• Low to moderate plasma protein binding (~30%)
• Crosses the placenta (strict pregnancy prevention required)

Excretion

• Primarily excreted unchanged in urine
• Renal clearance is the main elimination pathway
• Elimination half-life: ~3 hours (prolonged in renal impairment)

Dosage

Multiple Myeloma

• 25 mg orally once daily
  Days 1–21 of a 28-day cycle, with dexamethasone

MDS (del 5q)

• 10 mg orally once daily
• Given continuously or Days 1–21 of a 28-day cycle

Mantle Cell Lymphoma

• 25 mg once daily
• Days 1–21 of a 28-day cycle

Dose Adjustments

• Required in renal impairment
• Dose reduction for hematologic toxicity

How to use Rolimus Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Rolimus 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Afatinib,  is a medication used to treat non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC).It belongs to the tyrosine kinase inhibitor family of medications.It is taken by mouth.
It is mainly used to treat cases of NSCLC that harbour mutations in the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene.

Ceritinib is used to treat lung cancer. It is used for lung cancers that have a certain type of abnormal "ALK" gene. Ceritinib belongs to a class of drugs known as kinase inhibitors. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells.

Take this medication by mouth with food as directed by your doctor, usually once daily.

Nindanib 150mg Soft Gelatin Capsules is used in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and non-small cell lung cancer.

Nintib 150 Capsule should be taken with food, but try to have it at the same time every day to get the most benefits. Your doctor will decide what dose is necessary and how often you need to take it. This will depend on what you are being treated for and may change from time to time. You should take it exactly as your doctor has advised. Taking it in the wrong way or taking too much can cause very serious side effects. It may take several weeks or months for you to see or feel the benefits but do not stop taking it unless your doctor tells you to.

Diarrhea is a very common side effect of this medicine. You are advised to drink plenty of fluids and inform your doctor if it does not go away. Other common side effects include nausea, abdominal pain, vomiting, abnormal liver function tests, loss of appetite, headache, weight loss, and high blood pressure. Your doctor might ask you for some blood tests to monitor liver functioning.

Before taking it, tell your doctor if have a bleeding problem, liver, or kidney problems or are taking any medicines to treat infections. Many other medicines can affect, or be affected by, this medicine so let your healthcare team know all medications you are using. This medicine is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. The use of effective contraception by both males and females during treatment is important to avoid pregnancy.

Cytogem 1000 mg Injection interferes with the growth of DNA and RNA of the cancer cells by substituting their building blocks. It prevents the cancer cells from growing and multiplying.
